Sweetz ‘n Jazz

The public is invited to join the Chatham Middle School music department and Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) for an evening of jazz and scrumptious baked goods during the annual Sweetz & Jazz event.
The event will be held in the middle school gymnasium on Library Place (behind Woodbridge Avenue in Chatham village). In case of inclement weather, the concert will be held the following evening, March 15, same time and place.
The event is open to the general public, not just those with ties to the middle school. The event is sponsored by the PTSA and proceeds benefit the school’s music department.
This popular annual event showcases the talented middle school musicians who comprise the CMS jazz ensembles and this year will also feature special guest artists from the Chatham High School Jazz Band.
The PTSA decorates the gymnasium and provides the refreshments - drinks and delicious desserts that are donated by local chefs and businesses. Tables are arranged café-style and everyone is invited to sit back, relax and enjoy the atmosphere plus the talented musicians.
Suggested donation of $5 for adults, $3 for students and $10 per family.
