Hawthorne Valley Spring Fair & Community Games Day

Come enjoy Maypole and Morris dancing, craft vendors, make-your-own crafts, plant sale, pie-eating contest, picnic by the stream, music by the Kitchen Caylie Band and the Hawthorne Valley School fiddle club. “Snow White and Rose Red” puppet show performed by the Acorn Players at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Community games from Noon to 3:30 p.m. Pre-fair nature walks and organic gardening workshops at 9:30 a.m., which require advanced registration by calling 518-672-7092, ext. 113. General admission is free. Puppet show admiission is $4; requested donation for afternoon games participation pass is $5. For more information, call 518-672-7092, ext. 105.
